Content Blocking is a free service that allows you to block downloadable content (games, ringtones, wallpaper,
etc.) on your phone. Blocking this content helps you avoid unwanted charges.

CMAS is a new public safety system that enables authorized agencies to send text-like messages to consumers with
capable wireless phones to alert them of imminent safety threats in their area. See the Commercial Mobile Alert Service page to learn more.
The maximum picture message size that Family Mobile can support is 1 megabyte (MB). However, if you are sending a
picture message to an AT&T customer, the message must be smaller than 450 KB.
To print a text message, your phone must be able to forward a text message to an email address. You can then
print the email from a computer.
If your phone is unable to forward a text message to an email address, there is no way you can print a text
