There are several options for adding funds to your Extras Pack.
You can buy prepaid Extras Pack refill cards at participating Walmart stores. Cards purchased in store can be redeemed in multiple ways:
? At time of purchase at the Connection Center by a Walmart Sales associate
? At your convenience via the automated phone system. Just dial 611 from your Family Mobile phone or 1-877-440-9758 from any phone. Follow the prompts to refill your Prepaid Extras pack using a refill card purchased at Walmart.
? At your convenience at myfamilymobile.com. Just sign in and click the Redeem a card button in the Prepaid Extras Pack section.
You can also refill your Extras Pack using your credit card, debit card, or electronic checking account.
? To refill by phone, dial 611 from your Family Mobile phone or 1-877-440-9758 from any phone. Follow the prompts to refill your Prepaid Extras Pack using a credit card, debit card or checking account.
Note: If you?ve already refilled previously, you can also dial *ADD to access an expedited refill flow using the payment method on file.
? To refill online, just sign in to myfamilymobile.com and click the options for Credit/Debit Card or Check in the Prepaid Extras Pack section.
Though usually available within minutes, it can take up to two hours for Extras Pack funds to be available on your account to use.
Note: The Extras Pack was previously named WebPak. Any refill cards labeled WebPak may still be redeemed as described above.
The Primary Account Holder on the account can control who has access to use Extras Pack services. If you want to turn off this access for any of the lines on your account, you can use the Extras Pack On/Off setting in the Prepaid Extras Pack section of myfamilymobile.com.
Dial #999# from your Family Mobile phone to see your Extras Pack balance in dollars remaining.
Sign in to myfamilymobile.com. Your balance is available in the Prepaid Extras Pack section on the home page.
Call 611 from your Family Mobile phone or 1-877-440-9758 from any phone to hear your Extras Pack balance in dollars. You must enter your PIN number when prompted to hear a summary of your account, including your Extras Pack balance information.
There are several ways to keep track of the balance in your Prepaid Extras Pack:
Extras Pack funds cannot be used to pay your monthly bill. Only the services listed under Extras Pack Overview are deducted from your Extras Pack.
